Our story so far…

I (Storm) was originally from Wythall Animal Sanctuary and Aslan came in to bond with me, we got on great and have become the best of friends.

We came back to the the sanctuary together, due to feeling stressed in our owners new home, sometime after adopting us our owner needed to move house with us. Our owner tried everything to help us to settle in to our new place, but sadly we just could not adjust.

The stress led to me (Aslan) developing an upset stomach and needed several check ups with my vet and advice from Wythall Animal Sanctuary. So it was decided it would be best to try us both living back at the sanctuary and once settled find us a home that was quieter and more spacious.

We eventually settled into sanctuary life, but our carers moved us into a few different enclosures first, to find the right one for us. I (Aslan) can still become stressed at certain times, but that is quite rare now. I also need regular trimming, as my fur can become quite long and knotted. Also the fur needs trimming around my eyes to prevent it irritating me.

We are both active rabbits and love playing with tubes, digging up cardboard boxes and running in and out of our tunnels.

I (Aslan) love human attention and I will happily sit next to you to have a fuss. I (Storm) like attention when I feel like it. I can be quite nervous around new people, but once I know you I am happy to have a bit of attention.

Aslan: I am having treatment for blocked tear ducts at the moment. My vet is trying to come up with a solution to my problem. Please speak to one of my carers for more information.

We need to be rehomed together as we are a very close bonded pair of rabbits.

We could live with older children that are 12+

For more information please contact the sanctuary and we can give you more details about Aslan and Storm and the type of home that they require.
